Is there a fee to request a rare bottle?
No. Sending a request is free and there's no obligation. You only pay if you approve the price we quote.
How long does it take to find a bottle?
We usually reply within 24–48 hours with availability and a price. Highly allocated releases can take longer, and some bottles only surface during their annual release window.
Can you find allocated bourbon like Pappy Van Winkle or Blanton's?
Those are among the most requested bottles we get. Supply is extremely limited, so we can't promise them, but we'll add you to our request list and contact you if we can secure one at a price you approve.
Do you source rare wine too?
Yes. We regularly look for cult Napa Cabernet, Bordeaux and Burgundy back vintages, prestige Champagne and large formats for events.
How do I know the bottle is authentic?
Every bottle we sell is covered by our Authenticity Guarantee and inspected by our team before it goes to you.
How do I receive my bottle?
Pick it up at our Brickell store, choose local delivery to Brickell and South of Fifth, or ask about yacht and marina delivery. Shipping is available only where permitted by law.
