<h1>Shipping & Delivery Policy</h1>
<p><strong>Miami Wine Banks</strong> is operated by BRICKELL FINE WINES INC, a licensed Florida alcoholic beverage retailer located at 950 Brickell Bay Dr #110, Miami, FL 33131.</p>
<p>All orders require the recipient to be 21 years of age or older with a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. This applies to every order without exception, regardless of the recipient's apparent age.</p>
<h2>Where We Ship</h2>
<p>We ship to addresses within the State of Florida only. We do not ship outside Florida.</p>
<p>We cannot deliver to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Addresses outside the State of Florida</li>
<li>PO Boxes</li>
<li>Public parks, beaches, or other public spaces</li>
<li>Any Florida county or municipality where the delivery of alcoholic beverages is prohibited by local ordinance</li>
</ul>
<h2>Delivery Options</h2>
<h3>1. Local Delivery</h3>
<p>We offer local delivery to addresses within a <strong>1-mile radius</strong> of our store at 950 Brickell Bay Dr #110, Miami, FL 33131.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Orders of $30.00 or more:</strong> Free</li>
<li><strong>Orders under $30.00:</strong> $10.00 flat rate</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Local delivery hours:</strong> Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET. We do not deliver on Sundays.</p>
<p><strong>Delivery timeframe:</strong> Orders are delivered within one (1) business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, on Sundays, or on holidays are processed the next business day.</p>
<p>To confirm whether your address falls within our local delivery radius, enter it at checkout or contact us before ordering.</p>
<h3>2. In-Store Pickup</h3>
<p>Pickup is available at 950 Brickell Bay Dr #110, Miami, FL 33131.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Cost:</strong> Free</li>
<li><strong>Ready in:</strong> Approximately 1 hour during store hours</li>
<li><strong>Store hours:</strong> 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM ET, daily</li>
</ul>
<p>You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID. Orders not picked up within 7 days may be restocked and refunded, less any applicable fees.</p>
<h3>3. Carrier Shipping Within Florida (UPS & FedEx)</h3>
<p>For Florida addresses outside our local delivery radius, we ship via UPS and FedEx.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Cost:</strong> Calculated by the carrier at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service level</li>
<li><strong>Processing time:</strong> Orders are packed and tendered to the carrier within one (1) business day</li>
<li><strong>Transit time:</strong> Determined by the carrier and the service level you select at checkout</li>
</ul>
<p>Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed the next business day.</p>
<h2>Adult Signature Required</h2>
<p>Every shipment and delivery of alcoholic beverages requires an <strong>adult signature (21+)</strong> at the time of delivery. This is required by Florida law and by our carriers. It cannot be waived.</p>
<p>What this means for you:</p>
<ul>
<li>Someone 21 or older must be present to receive the order and present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.</li>
<li>Packages cannot be left at the door, with a doorman, or with a concierge unless that person is 21+ and presents ID.</li>
<li>Carriers will typically attempt delivery up to three times. After the final attempt, the package is returned to us.</li>
<li>We recommend shipping to an address where an adult is available during business hours.</li>
</ul>
<p>If a delivery cannot be completed because no eligible adult was available to sign, or because valid ID was not presented, the order will be returned to us. Return shipping costs and a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.</p>
<h2>Deliveries We Cannot Complete</h2>
<p>Florida law prohibits us from delivering alcoholic beverages to any person who is under 21, unable to present valid ID, or who appears visibly intoxicated. Our drivers and carriers are required to refuse delivery in these circumstances. No refund of delivery or shipping charges will be issued for a delivery refused for these reasons, and a restocking fee may apply.</p>
<h2>Apartment & High-Rise Deliveries</h2>
<p>If you live in a building with a concierge, valet, or restricted elevator access, please include your unit number and any access instructions in the order notes. Because an adult signature is required, we cannot leave your order at the front desk unless the receiving staff member is 21+ and presents ID.</p>
<h2>Order Tracking</h2>
<p>You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second notification when it ships or is out for delivery. Carrier shipments include a tracking number.</p>
<h2>Damaged or Incorrect Orders</h2>
<p>Inspect your order upon receipt. If any item arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within <strong>24–48 hours of delivery</strong> with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.</p>
<p>Because we are a licensed alcoholic beverage retailer, Florida law restricts our ability to accept the return or resale of alcoholic beverages once they have left our premises. We therefore do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other reason. Damaged and incorrect items are addressed under our Refund Policy.</p>
<h2>Weather & Temperature</h2>
<p>Wine and spirits are sensitive to heat. During periods of extreme temperature, we may hold shipments to protect your order. We are not responsible for damage caused by temperature exposure after a carrier has completed delivery, particularly where the package was left unattended contrary to the adult signature requirement.</p>
